**What You’ll Do**

You’ll lead all health and safety activities for a large, high-speed manufacturing operation. That means you’re not just auditing—you’re coaching, mentoring, and training people at every level. Your day-to-day will include:

- Developing and executing safety strategies that actually move the needle on injury reduction
- Partnering with production teams to identify hazards before they become incidents
- Driving workers’ comp cost reduction through proactive prevention and return-to-work programs
- Conducting root-cause investigations that go beyond paperwork and lead to real change
- Training supervisors and operators so safety becomes second nature, not a checkbox

**What You Bring**

You have strong industrial safety experience in a manufacturing environment—ideally consumer products or high-speed production. You can point to a proven track record of reducing injury rates.
