**What You’ll Do**

You will perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests to obtain vital data for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Your day-to-day will involve expertly following procedures, operating sophisticated equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in a fast-paced lab system that performs over 1.8 million tests annually. Your work is the backbone of critical medical decisions.

**What You Bring**

* A graduate degree from an accredited Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician program.
* MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification is required.
* Blood Bank experience is a strong plus.
* We will consider dedicated new graduates who have completed a clinical rotation in a high-volume laboratory setting.

**Your Compensation & Benefits**

You will be working a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule. We offer a competitive hourly range of **$23.50 to $38.90**, dependent on your education (MLT/MT) and experience. You’ll also receive generous shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. The comprehensive package includes a **sign-on bonus** and full benefits.
