**Your Mission:**

As the LISW in our Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit, you will be the clinical anchor for young people experiencing acute behavioral health crises. You will conduct comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments, develop individualized stabilization plans, and provide trauma-informed therapeutic interventions. Your day-to-day will involve deep collaboration with clients, their families, and our treatment team to ensure a seamless path from crisis to continued care.

**What You Will Do:**

* Conduct clinical assessments and provide crisis intervention for children and adolescents.
* Develop and execute individualized treatment and crisis stabilization plans in partnership with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
* Provide short-term, evidence-based therapeutic support through individual, group, and family sessions.
* Lead discharge planning and coordinate vital follow-up services with outpatient providers, schools, child welfare, and community agencies.
* Participate actively in clinical rounds and team meetings to monitor progress and adapt care strategies.
* Provide crucial education and support to families and caregivers on crisis response and coping strategies.
* Maintain impeccable, timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.

**You Bring:**

* A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
* An active and unrestricted LISW license in the state of Ohio. (Candidates who have completed all eligibility requirements and have an exam date scheduled may be hired contingent on obtaining licensure within 6 months.)
* A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience working directly with children and adolescents in mental health settings.
* Proven knowledge and application of trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, and evidence-based practices.
* A collaborative spirit and a deep commitment to stabilizing youth and supporting their families during vulnerable times.

**Hours, Compensation & Benefits:**

This is a full-time position. We offer a competitive hourly rate between $27.27 and $37.53, based directly on your years of relevant experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
