**You will be the creative engine and meticulous coordinator, diving into a role where your vision meets tangible reality.** Your days will be dynamic: interfacing directly with clients to understand their vision, developing test-fits and schematic designs, and bringing spaces to life with compelling 3D concepts, lighting, and FF&E selections. You’ll assist in leading the design team, prepare critical budget and scope documentation, and ensure every detail—from engineering coordination to furniture punch-lists—aligns with the design intent. You’ll also have boots on the ground, visiting sites to see your concepts become built form.

**You bring a foundation of 2-4 years of continuous, focused experience in corporate/commercial interiors.** You’re fluent in the language of design software, with expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Your ability to generate photo-realistic renderings using tools like Enscape and AI-driven software sets you apart. You understand the full arc of a project, from schematic design through contract documents, and you have hands-on experience specifying systems and ancillary furniture.
