You’ll be the trusted advisor who supports other Account Managers, connects with C-level leaders, and drives revenue growth within multi-million dollar accounts. **The Role**
You’ll report directly to the VP of Sales and take a market-driven (not territory-driven) approach to growing our data center business. Your focus: developing new opportunities within existing accounts, mentoring fellow Account Managers, and becoming the go-to resource for high-stakes relationships. Expect to travel 30–50% to meet clients face-to-face and strengthen those connections.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in the data center market
- Support and coach other Account Managers, sharing best practices and helping them close bigger deals
- Identify and develop new business within your existing portfolio of large, multi-million dollar accounts
- Lead complex negotiations and deliver presentations that win trust and drive revenue
- Leverage your technical aptitude to understand client needs and align solutions from our wire and cable manufacturing expertise

**What You Bring**
- At least 5 years of sales experience in wire/cable, electronics, data centers, or contract manufacturing
- A proven track record of growing revenue in multi-million dollar accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills—you’re comfortable in the C-suite and know how to earn respect
- Leadership instincts: you’re a natural mentor who elevates the people around you
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a technical mindset
- Based in the Cleveland area (no relocation offered) and ready for 30–50% travel

**Compensation**
$100,000 – $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
