**Your Mission:**
You will be the driving force and primary client contact for complex healthcare interior projects. From initial lease review to final sign-off, you’ll ensure excellence in delivery, budget, and design integrity. You bring projects to life by managing every facet: developing budgets and schedules, leading consultant teams, navigating NYC DOB/DOH codes, and ensuring flawless execution of construction documents. Your leadership will guide the project team, foster client trust, and ultimately deliver spaces that heal and inspire.

**A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities:**

* Own the project lifecycle, serving as the prime client interface from conception through close-out.
* Develop and manage project finances, including contracts, change orders, invoicing, and collections.
* Generate project budgets, schedules, and staffing projections with precision.
* Lead code review and compliance for NYC/NYS Building Codes, ADA, NFPA, and FGI Guidelines.
* Coordinate the bidding process and manage consultant teams.
* Conduct final red-line reviews of construction documents for filing and bidding.
* Present confidently to clients and stakeholders, building strong, lasting partnerships.

**You Bring:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s a plus) and a minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience specifically in **ambulatory care and inpatient healthcare projects**.
* Deep, working knowledge of NYC/NYS Building Codes, ADA, NFPA 2012, FGI Guidelines, and filing strategies.
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
* Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* A proven track record of financial management and client leadership.

**Compensation & Location:**
This role offers a competitive annual salary of **$120,000 - $160,000**, commensurate with your experience. You can choose to work from our vibrant Manhattan office or our Melville, NY location, with a supportive hybrid work model.
