**Your Mission:**

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our maintenance operations. You’ll lead dynamic teams of Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, urgent machine repairs, and the meticulous care of our plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. Your core mission is to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency by ensuring every piece of equipment operates seamlessly. You’ll provide the hands-on coaching and strategic oversight that keeps product flowing and our teams growing.

**A Day in Your Role:**

* Lead, train, and develop teams in proper work methods, safety procedures, and advanced troubleshooting to solve equipment failures.
* Champion and implement robust maintenance systems, including Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and SOPs, ensuring all work meets strict USDA regulations.
* Collaborate closely with Production to schedule timely maintenance, balancing urgent repairs with long-term reliability projects.
* Own the data: develop KPIs for equipment reliability and overall effectiveness, maintain precise records of work and inventory, and provide clear performance reports to management.
* Foster a positive, accountable team environment through daily coaching, mentorship, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality.

**You Bring:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a industrial maintenance environment.
* Proven experience as a maintenance lead, providing training, coaching, or mentoring, and managing processes or projects.
* A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a drive to implement lasting solutions.

**Compensation & Details:**

This is a full-time, 2nd shift position in Fayetteville, North Carolina. We offer a competitive annual salary of **$80,000 - $100,000**, plus a flat-rate bonus structure, recognizing the critical value you bring to our operations.
