**Your Mission:**
You will own the full lifecycle of new business development. This means identifying target accounts within the Fortune 1000, designing the strategy to engage them, and leading the prospecting campaign. You’ll build deep relationships to understand a client’s critical business strategies, then collaborate with our team of subject matter experts to design and execute a tailored solution. Your goal is to achieve the client’s objectives and establish a lasting partnership.

We need a proven hunter with a specific track record. You bring:
* A minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
* A clear history of *new business development* selling professional services, not just account management.
* Experience with large, complex deals, typically $250k+ per sale.
* Mastery of varied sales cycles, from three to twelve months.
* A stable career history, with no more than three roles in the past ten years.
* A demonstrated ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline that consistently increases revenue.

A strategic thinker who thrives on the challenge of opening doors and building something from the ground up. You live in the greater Stamford area and are ready for a hybrid role, working from our office at least three days per week. You possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and your compensation history is heavily leveraged toward commission and bonus, proving you excel when rewarded for performance.
