**Your Role: CT Technologist**

You will be the heart of our imaging services, performing both routine and emergent CT procedures to produce precise diagnostic images. Your day will be a dynamic mix of technical expertise and compassionate patient care. You’ll operate state-of-the-art equipment, including our recently added Canon scanner, while using intuitive software like Vitrea.

Your core responsibilities include:
* Performing CT and general X-Ray procedures, ensuring the highest standards of image quality and radiation safety.
* Providing exceptional, patient-centered care from preparation through education, creating a comfortable and secure environment.
* Maintaining meticulous patient and department records, and assisting with essential clerical and supply tasks.
* Conducting equipment quality control and preventative maintenance, acting as a steward for our advanced technology.

**What You Bring**

* An American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in Radiology. (CT registry is a strong plus.)
* A current Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License.
* BLS certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment).
* At least 1+ years of hands-on experience.

We believe in flexibility and rewarding your skills. You can choose a schedule that fits your life, with positions available on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, in 8 or 10-hour increments. While the role includes rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call duties, we have dedicated weekend techs to promote balance.

You will be compensated fairly for your experience and shift:
* **Hourly Rate:** $31 - $45 per hour, based on your experience.
* **Shift Differential:** An additional $3.25 per hour for eligible shifts.
* **Sign-On Bonus:** A substantial $20,000 bonus to welcome you aboard.
