**Your Role: Advocate, Strategist, Trusted Advisor**

You will manage a diverse caseload of matrimonial and family law matters, providing end-to-end representation that makes a tangible difference. Your days will be dynamic, blending courtroom advocacy with careful counsel.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Representing clients in divorce proceedings, child custody and support disputes, spousal maintenance cases, and complex property division.
* Drafting and reviewing critical legal documents, from separation and prenuptial agreements to detailed court pleadings.
* Developing innovative case strategies grounded in thorough legal research to achieve the best possible outcomes.
* Negotiating settlements and participating in mediation or collaborative law processes to resolve matters effectively.
* Appearing for hearings, motions, and trials in Nassau and Suffolk County courts.

Beyond the legal work, you will be a source of clarity and empathy for clients, translating complex processes into understandable steps. You’ll collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure every case progresses smoothly, all while staying ahead of the latest developments in New York family law.

**You Bring the Expertise and Heart**

You are a licensed New York attorney with a Juris Doctor degree and a genuine passion for family law. You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in matrimonial or family law, ideally within a small to mid-sized firm setting. Your foundation is a strong, working knowledge of New York divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution statutes.

**Compensation & Benefits**
