**Your Role: A Versatile Nursing Career**

You will be the backbone of our patient care, rotating through and mastering multiple units. This unique model starts with building a strong foundation in Med/Surg and Transitional Care. From there, you will have the opportunity to train and work in specialized areas including the ER, ICU, OB, Nursery, and Behavioral Health. You’ll love the variety that keeps your skills sharp and your days engaging, all within a supportive team environment dedicated to exceptional community care.

**What You Bring:**

* An active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Montana.
* For LPNs, an IV certification or eligibility is preferred.
* The ability to obtain BLS and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
* At least 1+ years of nursing experience.
* A passion for collaborative care and a desire to learn across multiple disciplines.

**Schedule & Compensation:**

We value your life inside and outside the hospital. You’ll work manageable 12-hour shifts with clear scheduling patterns.

* **RNs in Acute Care:** Rotate between 6-week blocks of days (7am-7pm) and nights (7pm-7am).
* **RNs & LPNs in Long-Term Care:** Work consistent day (5:45am-6:15pm) or night (5:45pm-6:15am) shifts.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and full benefits. Compensation starts at **$25.63/hr for LPNs** and **$29.75/hr for RNs**, increasing with your experience. We also offer relocation assistance to help you start your new life in Miles City.
