You’re the go-to expert when a critical machine goes down, the problem-solver who keeps production moving. We’re a major, industry-leading manufacturer with a strong culture and a facility in Villa Rica, GA, looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to own the night shift. This role is central to our operation, with a strong focus on the hydraulics, pneumatics, and valve systems that power our die-cast production. **Your Role: Keep the Heart of the Plant Beating**

You will be the key technical resource on the night shift, responsible for maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting all equipment and site property. Your mission is to make precise adjustments and execute mechanical and electrical repairs safely and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime. A major and rewarding part of your work will involve the valve systems—you’ll diagnose, replace, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves to keep complex machinery running smoothly.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Performing advanced troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems.
* Diagnosing and resolving issues within electrical systems.
* Conducting proactive and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production equipment, fixtures, and systems.
* Working a consistent schedule: Night shift from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (four 10-hour days). Friday work is available and paid at overtime rates.

**You Bring the Expertise**

* A high school diploma or GED, combined with 5+ years of hands-on, multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
* Proven, specialized expertise in troubleshooting, replacing, and rebuilding hydraulic and pneumatic valves—this is essential.
* Strong competency in troubleshooting both electrical systems and fluid power (hydraulic/pneumatic) logic.
* A solid history of repairing industrial equipment, fixtures, and systems from the ground up.
