**You Will: Make a Measurable Difference Every Day**

Your primary mission will be to provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment that help patients reach their maximum performance level. You’ll design and administer personalized treatment programs, using therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination. A key part of your role involves empowering patients through adapted techniques and adaptive equipment training for meal preparation, home management, dressing, feeding, and other essential self-care skills.

Your day-to-day will also include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and maintaining timely, accurate patient records.
- Providing consultation on environmental design, adaptive equipment, patient positioning, and splinting to local schools, nursing homes, home care agencies, and within the hospital.
- Designing and implementing therapy for neurological integration, including sensorimotor integration techniques and visual perceptual-motor remediation programs.
- Fabricating custom splints as specified by physician prescriptions.
- Participating in home assessments and training patients in the use of upper-extremity prosthetic devices.

**You Bring: The Foundation for Excellence**

- A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- A license to practice within the State of Montana (or the ability to obtain one).
- At least one year of professional OT experience.

**Hours, Compensation & Benefits**
