**Your Role: Physician – Family Medicine or Pediatrics**

You will provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a turn-key practice that’s ready for you to make it your own. For our Family Medicine Physicians, this means managing a full spectrum of care—from chronic conditions to acute illnesses, minor procedures, and even attending deliveries when needed. Our Pediatricians will focus on nurturing the health of our youngest patients, from newborns through adolescence, including inpatient pediatric care.

Your days will be varied and impactful. You’ll examine and treat patients, perform physical exams, order and interpret tests, and develop thoughtful treatment plans. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and contribute to a team where everyone’s expertise is valued. You’ll also maintain clear, timely records to ensure seamless continuity of care.

**You Bring:**

* An MD or DO from an accredited program and current Montana medical licensure.
* Board Certification in your specialty.
* NRP Certification (required).
* A willingness to see pediatric patients on the inpatient side (for Family Medicine) and to attend deliveries as needed.
* At least 2 years of clinical experience—enough to feel confident, but always curious.
* A collaborative spirit and a commitment to patient-centered care.
