**Your Mission**
You will own the end-to-end RFP strategy and process, turning it into a definitive competitive advantage. This means you’ll shape which opportunities we pursue, craft compelling narratives that differentiate us, and drive the execution that leads to consistent wins. You’ll blend high-level strategic vision with hands-on leadership to align our proposals directly with ambitious growth objectives.
**What You Will Do**
* Lead the entire proposal development lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission, ensuring every response is a reflection of our market strength.
* Develop and own the overarching RFP strategy, making key go-to-market decisions on which opportunities to capture.
* Join client engagements during critical phases, including RFP responses, pre-sales demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
* Shape the narrative around our productized solutions and industry best practices, guiding both internal executive stakeholders and potential clients toward scalable, effective adoption.
* Partner seamlessly with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and accurate scoping (note: system configuration is handled by dedicated teams).
**You Bring**
* 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting, ideally within ECM (Enterprise Content Management) or related software.
* A proven track record of managing complex RFP cycles and understanding sophisticated enterprise buying dynamics.
* A blend of sales nuance and strong program management instincts, allowing you to navigate both relationships and processes with equal skill.
* The confidence and expertise to guide stakeholders toward best-practice solutions.
* Executive-level communication skills and presence, capable of influencing at the highest levels.
* A Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s is a plus).
**Compensation & Details**
This role offers a base salary of $165,000 - $170,000 per year, plus a bonus potential of approximately $35,000. You will be based in Phoenix, Arizona, and enjoy a hybrid work model.
