They need a seasoned Senior Project Manager to own and drive large-scale capital projects from conception to completion. **You Will:**
- Lead the full project lifecycle for major capital projects, typically valued at $75M or higher, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Serve as the primary leader on-site, managing contractors, consultants, and internal cross-functional project teams with authority and expertise.
- Be a visible, hands-on presence at the job site in Anderson, SC, actively problem-solving and driving progress, not just delegating from an office.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans for complex expansions and new construction.
- Potentially travel to support other company initiatives, including additional plant expansions, acquisitions, and new facility builds.

**You Bring:**
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing large, multi-million dollar industrial capital projects from start to finish.
- A background in a relevant manufacturing environment. Your experience comes from **consumer products, flexible packaging, paper/packaging, tissue, textiles, nonwovens, or food & beverage.** Direct experience in flexible packaging, plastics, or printing is a significant plus.
- The mindset of a builder. You are comfortable on a construction site, understand field dynamics, and thrive in a hands-on environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage contractor relationships and lead diverse teams through complex challenges.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

**Location & Compensation**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in **Anderson, South Carolina**. You will be at the heart of the action on our client’s expanding campus. For your expertise and leadership, they offer a competitive annual salary of **$140,000 - $180,000**, commensurate with your depth of experience.
