**Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation (New York)**

We’re looking for a litigator with 2-4 years of experience who is eager to assume real responsibility, engage directly with clients and the court, and grow with a team that values sharp intellect and professional development.

**Your Role:**
You will prepare to assume significant responsibility in the management of complex commercial matters. This is a front-facing position where you will interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts from an early stage. You’ll be immersed in high-stakes litigation, honing your craft through hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship in a hybrid work environment.

**What You Bring:**
* A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited top law school, with excellent academic credentials.
* 2+ years of strong commercial litigation experience.
* Bar membership, active and in good standing, in New York.
* Exceptional writing and analytical skills—non-negotiables for our practice.
* A judicial clerkship experience is a significant plus.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
