**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the go-to expert for anesthesia across the full spectrum of care. From perioperative services to obstetrics, pain management, and emergency response, your role is as dynamic as the landscape. You’ll:
- Deliver direct and indirect anesthesia care, managing everything from routine surgeries to critical interventions.
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient-specific anesthetic plans—because one size never fits all.
- Provide leadership in pain relief, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, pulmonary care, and care for critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of surgeons (including two Ortho, a General Surgeon, OB providers, and a Podiatrist) in a 25-bed critical access hospital with an extended care facility.
- Take independent ownership of blocks and complex cases—this is not a place where you’ll be micromanaged.

**What You Bring**
You’re a certified professional who thrives on autonomy and quality. Here’s what we need:
- Current Montana RN licensure and graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Active certification as a nurse anesthetist (from the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor).
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current).
- 1–2 years of experience—enough to work independently and confidently handle blocks.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to safe, age-specific, evidence-based care.

**The Schedule & Compensation**
This is a full-time position designed for balance. You’ll work **2 weeks on, 1 week off**—typically 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm. Call rotates every other day and every other weekend (but not during your week off).
- **Compensation:** $236,000–$325,000 per year, plus full benefits.
