**Your Mission**

You will serve as a trusted advisor, managing a diverse caseload centered on estate planning and administration. Your days will be dedicated to providing thoughtful counsel and meticulous preparation, ensuring every client’s legacy is protected. Your core responsibilities will include advising on and drafting comprehensive estate plans—wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. You’ll develop wealth transfer and tax planning strategies, and administer trusts and estates from start to finish, handling probate proceedings, Surrogate’s Court filings, and any related litigation.

A key part of your role involves interpreting complex documents and coordinating with financial advisors and accountants to implement seamless plans. You’ll also handle guardianship matters and elder law needs, including Medicaid planning. At the heart of it all, you will be the steady hand maintaining ongoing client relationships, delivering exceptional service during sensitive times.

**What You Bring**

* A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
* 3+ years of dedicated experience in trust and estate planning and administration.
* A strong, working knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax law.
* Superior drafting and analytical skills, paired with clear, compassionate communication.
* The proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced practice.
* A client-focused mindset and the interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.

**Compensation & Growth**

This full-time, in-office position offers a competitive salary range of **$135,000 - $150,000** annually, commensurate with your experience.
