**Your Role: Sr. Electrical Engineer**
Rocky Mount, NC | $140,000 – $160,000 + bonus

You’ll manage capital projects from cradle to turn-key delivery—coordinating schedules, estimating costs, and ensuring every system starts up without a hitch. This is a leadership position where your technical expertise meets project management muscle. You’ll work across internal teams, outside vendors, and engineering firms, keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead projects end-to-end: scope, budget, timeline, and successful startup.
- Oversee or create electrical drawings using AutoCAD (including drafting)—you’ll be hands-on when needed.
- Enforce safety and environmental policies across all personnel and machinery.
- Provide regular forecasts and reports to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Supervise machinery and personnel with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

**What You Bring**
- A BSEE (or equivalent engineering degree with an electrical focus throughout your career).
- At least 4 years of experience in the corrugate industry—this is non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, including drafting.
- Capital project leadership experience: you’ve managed budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
- PMP certification is a strong plus, but not required.
