**Your Mission:**
You will be the cornerstone of reliability and innovation. Your core mission is to ensure peak equipment performance, minimize downtime, and propel the plant forward through advanced maintenance strategies and flawless capital project execution. You’ll analyze data to optimize processes and reduce waste, making a direct and significant impact on operating costs. Collaborating across departments, you’ll tackle complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our capabilities.

**What You’ll Do:**

* **Lead with Vision:** You’ll own capital projects from conception to completion, delivering them on time, on budget, and with zero compromise on safety, food safety, or environmental standards. Your strategic improvements will enhance plant capabilities with minimal operational disruption.
* **Master Reliability:** You will drive the development and execution of advanced maintenance systems, including Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and TPM. Your goal is seamless, reliable production—reducing downtime and boosting overall efficiency.
* **Solve and Prevent:** As the ultimate problem-solver, you’ll tackle daily operational challenges head-on. Your proactive approach will diagnose issues from troubleshooting to long-term fixes, minimizing recurring problems.
* **Empower Your Team:** You will lead, coach, and inspire high-performing engineering and maintenance teams. Through effective delegation, safety-first planning, and collaborative development with HR, you’ll foster a culture of recognition, communication, and diversity.
* **Measure and Improve:** You’ll develop and track Key Performance Indicators—from equipment reliability and OEE to supplier performance—to gauge the health of the maintenance function and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

**You Bring:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* A proven track record of **10+ years in Engineering management**, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
* Deep expertise in capital project management, advanced maintenance systems (PM/PdM, TPM), and operational finance/budget management.
