**Your Mission:**

As our key Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our process innovation and efficiency. You will plan and design manufacturing processes, analyze equipment layout and workflow, and determine the parts and tools needed to meet ambitious production goals. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you’ll own projects from concept to completion in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

**What You Will Do:**

* Design production tooling and fixtures using your proficiency in 2D & 3D software, specifically SolidWorks.
* Lead productivity improvements on current production lines and design/implement processes for new products.
* Become a problem-solving hub, performing root cause analysis using statistical methods and Lean tools to recommend design or processing changes.
* Ensure product excellence by conducting FMEAs and reviewing product designs for manufacturability.
* Spearhead the implementation of advanced automation, including robotics, vision systems, PLC controls integration, and machine design.
* Collaborate within cross-functional teams, leading design review meetings and exercises in design of experiments and ROI analysis.
* Develop critical documentation such as work instructions, statements of work, and spare parts inventories.

**You Bring:**

* A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within heavy manufacturing (foundry or similar environment is ideal).
* Expert-level proficiency with 3D modeling (SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office.
* Proven, hands-on tooling design experience and a strong background in project management, running projects in their entirety.
* Essential experience with automation, robotics, and PLCs.
* A mindset for continuous improvement, statistical analysis, and practical innovation.
