**Your Role & Impact:**
You will be the cornerstone of our outpatient rehab services, providing compassionate, high-quality care. Your days will be diverse and engaging. You’ll evaluate, plan, and execute treatment for a varied caseload, delivering both individual and group therapy to patients with a wide spectrum of diagnoses. We believe in cross-training and broad experience, so you’ll have the opportunity to cover all units, ensuring no two days are the same.

You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and utilize the EPIC EMR system for streamlined documentation, allowing you to focus more on patient care. Reporting to a respected Rehab Manager and collaborating with a truly supportive team, you’ll have the resources and mentorship to excel.

**What You Bring:**
* A degree in Physical Therapy.
* A current Ohio PT license or the ability to obtain one.
* At least one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting (such as Acute Rehab, SNF, Outpatient, Home Health, or Behavioral Health).

**Schedule & Compensation:**
We offer flexibility to support work-life balance. You can choose a schedule that works for you: 31, 33, or 40 hours per week.
We value your experience and offer competitive compensation ranging from **$39.50 to $53.00 per hour**, along with a full benefits package and a sign-on bonus.
