**Your Role: Nourishing Our Community**

In this full-time position (0.8 FTE), you will be the cornerstone of nutritional care for our diverse patient population. You’ll develop meaningful connections as you assess needs, create personalized care plans, and educate individuals and groups. Your day-to-day impact will include:
* Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments and developing detailed plans of care.
* Screening patients for nutritional risk and providing crucial diet and food-drug interaction counseling.
* Acting as a key voice in Care Conferences to advocate for patients’ nutritional needs.
* Ensuring meticulous and timely documentation for high-risk patients, maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.

You’ll bring your knowledge to life, teaching and counseling on nutrition therapy while collaborating with a respected healthcare team. Your commitment will extend to participating in essential in-services, such as safety and HIPAA training, as part of our dedicated professional community.

**What You Bring**

* A current Registered Dietitian license in the state of Ohio.
* At least 2 years of prior clinical dietitian experience.
* Proven skill in teaching and counseling patients on nutrition therapy.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
* A meticulous eye for detail, able to accurately take and record measurements.
