**Your Role & Impact**

You will provide professional nursing services, coordinating and delivering compassionate care to assigned patients in accordance with physicians' orders. Your day-to-day will involve assessing patient conditions, administering treatments and prescribed medications, and meticulously documenting progress. Beyond clinical excellence, you’ll provide crucial patient and family education and assume accountability for quality patient outcomes. You’ll provide leadership by working cooperatively with physicians, ancillary staff, and the entire patient care team to maintain the highest standards.

We have immediate, full-time openings on night shift (7pm - 7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays) in the following departments:
* Med/Surg
* Emergency Department
* Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
* Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**What You Bring**

* A current RN license in the state of Ohio.
* An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
* At least one year of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
* A passion for collaborative, patient-centered care and a desire to be part of a community-focused team.

**What We Offer**

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of **$29 - $40**, plus applicable shift differentials. We provide a comprehensive benefits package. For qualified candidates, we are pleased to offer a **$20,000 sign-on bonus** for a 2-year commitment.
