**You Will:**
* Be the circulatory heartbeat of our OR, using the full nursing process to deliver exceptional care to patients before, during, and after surgical or invasive procedures.
* Collaborate directly with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, coordinate, and execute individualized plans of care.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, establish nursing diagnoses, set goals, and evaluate progress toward optimal outcomes.
* Administer competent, compassionate care tailored to the specific needs of our patient population, ensuring safety and advocacy at every step.
* Communicate effectively with the entire surgical team to ensure seamless, high-quality procedures.

**You Bring:**
* A graduate degree from a school of nursing (Associates or Bachelors).
* At least one year of recent OR Circulating experience.
* Current RN licensure in the State of Texas (or immediate eligibility).
* A Basic Life Support certification (obtainable within 30 days of employment).
* A preference for CNOR certification.

**Schedule & Compensation**

This is a full-time position with day-shift hours from 7am to 3pm, offering the stability you need alongside a manageable call schedule of approximately 8 days per month.
