You will be the essential link in delivering exceptional, skilled care to an assigned group of patients. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll blend technical expertise with human touch. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct and indirect patient care in strict accordance with established care plans.
* Accurately recording patient measurements, observations, and responses.
* Administering prescribed medications safely and effectively.

* Upholding strict infection control policies to protect everyone in our facility.

**What You Bring:**
* A current Ohio LPN license (IV certification is required for bedside roles).
* One or more years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within your first 30 days.
* Solid clinical knowledge and proven proficiency in medication administration.
* A team-oriented spirit and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
