**Your Role: The Heart of Hands-On Care**
You will be the essential link in delivering exceptional, skilled care to an assigned group of patients. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll blend technical expertise with human touch. Your day is built on collaboration and precision, ensuring every patient feels safe and well-cared for.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct and indirect patient care in strict accordance with established care plans.
* Accurately recording patient measurements, observations, and responses.
* Administering prescribed medications safely and effectively.
* Collaborating seamlessly with RNs, physicians, and other caregivers to ensure unified, high-quality care.
* Upholding strict infection control policies to protect everyone in our facility.

**Where You'll Make a Difference**
We have openings across our dynamic system. You could find your perfect fit in our Surgery Center, Main Hospital, various Physician Offices, or our brand-new Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit.

**What You Bring:**
* A current Ohio LPN license (IV certification is required for bedside roles).
* One or more years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within your first 30 days.
* Solid clinical knowledge and proven proficiency in medication administration.
* A team-oriented spirit and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

**What You Receive:**
