**Your Mission**
You will own the end-to-end RFP strategy and process, ensuring we pursue the right opportunities and differentiate our responses to consistently win. You’ll elevate the function from a reactive necessity to a true competitive advantage. This requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to align our efforts with ambitious growth objectives.

**What You Will Do**

* **Lead Strategically:** You will own the overall RFP strategy, shaping go-to-market decisions and ensuring we differentiate our responses in a crowded market.
* **Drive the Process:** You will manage the entire proposal development lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment through to final submission, ensuring flawless execution.
* **Engage with Impact:** You will join client engagements during critical phases—RFP responses, pre-sales demos, and discovery—to shape the narrative around our productized solutions and industry best practices.
* **Guide Stakeholders:** You will confidently partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams, guiding executive stakeholders from "custom ask" thinking toward scalable, best-practice adoption.
* **Enable Success:** Your work in solution alignment and scoping will be pivotal, though you will not own the technical system configuration, allowing you to focus on strategy and narrative.

**You Bring**

* 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting, preferably within Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or related software.
* A proven track record managing complex RFP cycles and navigating enterprise buying dynamics.
* A keen sales nuance paired with strong program management instincts.
* The ability to confidently guide stakeholders toward best-practice adoption with executive-level communication and presence.
* A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

**Compensation & Details**
This role offers a base salary of $165,000 - $170,000 per year, plus a significant bonus potential. You will work on a hybrid schedule from our Secaucus, New Jersey office.
