**Your Mission**
You will ensure operational excellence by maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting our equipment and facility. Your keen eye and skilled hands will diagnose issues, make precise adjustments, and perform mechanical and electrical repairs—all with a steadfast commitment to safety and efficiency. A major and rewarding focus of your role will be on valve systems.
You bring deep, hands-on expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics, with a specific talent for troubleshooting, replacing, and rebuilding valves. This specialized skill is central to our success.
**What You’ll Do**
* Serve as the technical authority for hydraulic and pneumatic valve systems on our die-cast production equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems to minimize downtime.
* Diagnose and resolve issues within electrical systems.
* Perform proactive maintenance and urgent repairs on a wide variety of industrial equipment and fixtures.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain the entire site property, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
**What You Bring**
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a multi-craft maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
* Proven, specialized experience with valve systems involving hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Strong competency in troubleshooting both electrical systems and fluid power logic.
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
* A mindset geared towards safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
**Shift & Compensation**
This is a night shift position, working Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts). You will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus an additional $1.00 per hour night shift premium. Any Friday work is paid at time-and-a-half overtime.
