**Your Mission:**
You will be the pivotal Job Captain, ensuring technical excellence across the project lifecycle. From initial site surveys to final punch lists, you’ll bridge design intent and construction reality. Your day-to-day will be diverse and critical: conducting site surveys and code reviews, developing full construction document sets with precise detailing, and coordinating seamlessly with clients, landlords, and consultant teams. You’ll be the go-to for RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections, ensuring every detail aligns with the vision and the standards.

**What You Bring:**
* A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s is a plus) and 4+ years of continuous, professional experience specifically in Corporate, Commercial Workplace, or Retail Banking Interiors.
* Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong command of x-refs, layers, and management.
* Solid knowledge of NYC and IBC Building Codes, as well as NYC Zoning regulations.
* A detail-obsessed, technical mindset and the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can translate complex technical details for any audience.

**The Details:**
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in either our **New York, NY office** (focusing on Corporate/Commercial/Workplace) or our **Maitland, FL office** (focusing on Retail Banking Interiors). We offer a competitive annual salary of **$85,000 - $100,000**, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits plan.
