In their massive 1.8 million square foot plant—home to 26 dynamic production lines for feminine hygiene products and baby and adult wipes—they need a leader. **Your Mission**
You will be the strategic and hands-on leader of the Quality Assurance function. This means owning the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring unwavering compliance, and driving a mindset of continuous improvement across the board. You’ll directly manage and develop a team of 6 quality professionals, coaching them to new heights. Your day-to-day will blend tactical problem-solving on the production floor with strategic planning, all aimed at safeguarding the integrity of products that matter.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 QA technicians and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and leading both internal and external audits.
- Partner with production to embed quality at every stage, utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive process enhancements and solve complex challenges.
- Champion a culture of safety and quality, making data-driven decisions that directly impact product excellence and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the key quality authority, managing non-conformances, implementing corrective actions, and driving necessary change to elevate plant performance.

**You Bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive quality leadership experience, ideally from medical device, pharmaceutical, or high-speed CPG manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in QMS, ISO standards, auditing, and structured problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a major plus).
- Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching, and developing direct reports—you’re a leader who builds teams up.
- A track record of driving positive change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from the shop floor to senior leadership, with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
