**You will:**
Work directly with clients through every design phase, acting as a trusted partner. You’ll assist the Design Director in overseeing the project team while taking ownership of critical tasks. Your week will involve developing preliminary programs, crafting test-fits and schematic plans, and conducting program and basic code analysis. You’ll prepare design scope budgets and coordinate requirements across clients, consultants, and the project team.
A key part of your role will be selecting and specifying furniture, finishes, and accessories. You’ll prepare and analyze furniture bid documents, review dealer specs, and assist with punch lists. You’ll also coordinate the design development package for construction documents, which includes:
- Equipment specifications and profile sketches for custom millwork.
- Assisting in the review of engineering documents and shop drawings to protect the design intent.
- Making site visits during construction as needed.
**You bring:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (a Master’s is a plus).
- A minimum of 4 years of continuous, focused experience in corporate/commercial interiors.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- The skill to create compelling, photo-realistic renderings using tools like Enscape and AI-driven software.
- Hands-on experience specifying systems and ancillary furniture.
- A solid understanding of all project phases, from schematic design to contract documents.
Beyond the technical skills, you possess excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You thrive on details and can gracefully multitask in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Compensation & Details:**
This full-time, hybrid role offers an annual salary of **$85,000 - $100,000**, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits plan.
