**Your Mission:**

You will be our go-to expert for ensuring equipment uptime. Your primary focus will be executing preventative maintenance with precision and responding swiftly to unplanned breakdowns to minimize production impact. You’ll dive deep into both hydraulic and electrical systems, using your analytical skills to diagnose root causes and implement lasting solutions.

**A Day in Your Role:**

* You’ll inspect, repair, and maintain complex hydraulic systems—working on pumps, valves, cylinders, and actuators.
* You’ll troubleshoot electrical malfunctions within industrial equipment, performing repairs, installations, and upgrades to components and control systems.
* Conducting routine machinery inspections and safety checks will be a key part of your routine, allowing you to catch issues before they become problems.
* You’ll document every step, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs to build a history of equipment performance and reliability.
* While you’ll work with a team, you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, prioritizing your own tasks to meet strict deadlines.

**You Bring the Following Skills & Experience:**

* A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, with a strong focus on both hydraulics and electrical systems.
* A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree in maintenance technology or a related field is a great bonus.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
* Strong foundational math skills and excellent analytical abilities.
* Proven talent for troubleshooting—you don’t just fix symptoms, you find the root cause.
* The ability to communicate effectively and manage your own workflow in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation & Details:**

This is a full-time, hourly position with pay depending on your experience. The role is based at our Indianapolis facility and may require availability across all shifts.
