Project Engineer – Industry Leader | High Growth Opportunity Enhanced Staffing is hiring for a Project Engineer to join a leading, innovative company with a strong reputation and significant long-term career potential. Key Responsibilities Design & Engineering Support Prepare and review submittal drawings, including plans, elevations, reinforcement details, and material specifications. Support the creation of panel, reinforcement, and miscellaneous metal drawings. Coordinate design approvals and ensure alignment with project requirements. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure constructability and accuracy. Field Engineering Support on-site field activities during construction and installation phases. Assist with interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and project managers to maintain schedule and workflow alignment. Conduct field observations, verify dimensions, and help ensure adherence to project specifications. Must be willing to travel to project sites during construction phases (travel required based on project needs). Project Coordination & Management Track project progress against specifications, budgets, and schedules. Identify issues early and assist with problem-solving and escalation as needed. Support required procedure submittals (welding, grouting, post-tensioning, etc.). Collaborate across departments and participate in project meetings. Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field required. EIT certification preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, field, and project teams.
