Associate Attorney Location: Denver, Colorado - Direct Hire | On-Site Salary Range: $130,000 – $185,000 Firm: The Confidential , A Professional Corporation About the Firm The Confidential was founded in 1996 with a mission to build a dedicated litigation practice that becomes the last firm clients ever need to hire. The firm delivers high-level litigation results while maintaining a focused, team-oriented environment. The Role The firm, located in Denver’s Tech Center, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally within commercial, construction, or insurance-related litigation. Key Responsibilities · Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims · Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters · Take and defend depositions · Draft motions · Attend court hearings in state and federal courts · Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis · Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations Required Qualifications · Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school · Local Candidate’s only · Active Colorado law license · 3+ years of litigation experience · Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred · Strong research and writing skills · Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload · Comfortable using legal technology Benefits · Paid Medical and Dental · Vision · 401k · Paid Time Off · Short-Term and Long-Term Disability · Life Insurance
