COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Location: Florham Park, NJ IN-OFFICE, METROPOLITAN NY PRACTICE Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with extensive litigation experience to join its New Jersey office supporting its Metropolitan New York commercial litigation practice. This role is ideal for a New Jersey–based litigator seeking high-level New York commercial litigation work without the daily Manhattan commute. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in New Jersey AND New York, in good standing 4–6 years of substantive commercial litigation experience Prior federal or state judicial clerkship strongly preferred Law review/journal experience preferred Experience with complex insurance coverage litigation a plus, but not required Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage complex matters, work collaboratively within a team, and operate independently on client assignments Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to client service Key Responsibilities Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials Participate in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings as experience allows Support all phases of case management, including strategy development and trial preparation Work closely with senior litigators on complex disputes with high-profile clients Why Join Us?
