Civil Engineer
Albuquerque, New Mexico
Responsibilities:
 
·       Conduct site investigations and feasibility analyses.
·       Develop Site Plan that meets the required guiding criteria (DPM/IDO/etc.)
·       Develop site master plans aligned with project goals.
·       Navigate entitlement processes.
·       Perform onsite and offsite drainage analysis and design.
·       Oversee site utility design for functionality and efficiency.
·       Coordinate dry utility arrangements.
·       Lead drainage master planning.
·       Manage coordination with sub-consultants (geotechnical, surveying).
·       Oversee construction contract management.
·       Conduct construction inspections.
 
Requirements:
 
·       Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
·       3-4 years of design and construction experience in land development.
·       Proficiency in relevant software and design tools.
·       Strong communication and teamwork skills.
·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
·       This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $90,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.
