Job Description
If you’re a technically minded sales professional who enjoys solving customer problems, building long-term relationships, and owning your territory like a business, this remote, home-office-based role offers the best of both worlds: the stability of an established company and the upside of uncapped commissions.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll take a consultative approach to selling specialty chemicals, petroleum derivatives, and additives used in finished lubricants and fuel performance applications across Central and South Texas. You’ll step into an existing book of business with strong demand, while also having the freedom to grow new accounts. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them improve product performance, solve formulation challenges, and drive long-term value.
This is a high-visibility role with real autonomy, strong leadership support, and a clear path for continued earnings growth.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred)
3-5+ years of technical or consultative B2B sales experience, ideally in specialty chemicals, additives, lubricants, or related products
Experience managing a territory or book of business
Competitive, self-motivated mindset with a track record of revenue growth
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams to support customer applications and solutions
Ability to work independently in a remote, home-office environment while effectively managing time and priorities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 30-40% overnight as needed
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, lucrative uncapped commissions, annual profit-sharing, company vehicle, paid home office internet, company cell phone, laptop, paid vacation and sick leave, 401-K with company match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. The ideal candidate already resides in Central or South Texas. Our client is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
