Note This role requires an active Delaware bar license and prior experience handling complex commercial litigation matters in Delaware courts. Job Description Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs and memoranda Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert coordination Appear in Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court Complex Commercial Division matters Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel Contribute strategically to case development and litigation planning Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the State of Delaware 2+ years of complex commercial litigation experience Experience appearing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Superior Court Complex Commercial Division Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Large law firm or judicial clerkship experience is a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here National platform with local-market sophistication Strong mentoring culture and meaningful partner access Early responsibility without sacrificing support Exposure to complex, precedent-setting matters Long-term career growth within a respected firm JPC-609 #LI-SK3 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
