Regional VP of Sales, Travel Services
Seeking a seasoned Regional Vice President of Sales leader to drive enterprise-level corporate travel and technology solutions.
Overview
This senior revenue leader will accelerate regional growth, expand enterprise market share, and build a high-performing sales organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this role owns new business development, strategic account expansion, and overall regional revenue performance.
What You’ll Bring
Proven sales leadership experience building and coaching enterprise sales teams
Deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, travel technology, and supplier ecosystems
Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement experience
Track record of closing complex, high-value service travel management services
Expertise in strategic sales planning, channel development, and pipeline management
Financial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional revenue growth and new enterprise client acquisition
Recruit and lead a team of 5 senior sales directors
Oversee forecasting, reporting, and sales performance metrics
Support global bid development and cross-functional initiatives
Strengthen relationships with mid-market to global accounts (up to $40M annual spend)
Travel as needed to support clients and team performance
