Accounting Manager – Accounts Receivable/Payable Department: AccountingPosition Type: Full TimeReports To: Corporate Controller Job Summary The Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager oversees full-cycle AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate vendor payments, timely customer collections, and proper reconciliation of financial records. This role leads both AP and AR teams, supports cash flow optimization, enforces internal controls, and participates in the month-end close process. Qualifications 7–10 years of AP/AR experience 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of GAAP High attention to detail ERP proficiency (experience with Infor M3 is a plus) Experience with AP workflow software preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent progressive AP/AR experience considered Proven ability to resolve conflicts and incidents effectively Experience training and mentoring staff Key Responsibilities Note: This description is not all‑inclusive.
