This organization specializes in screen printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise, and is seeking a driven, personable Sales Representative to join its in-house team. Why This Role Stands Out Highly collaborative, positive work environment Established brand with outstanding reputation and repeat clientele Strong internal support from production, customer service, and leadership Meaningful community involvement with charitable organizations Clear long-term growth opportunity within the sales organization What You’ll Do Drive Revenue & Relationships Identify and develop new business opportunities Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients select the right screen printing and embroidery solutions Project & Order Management Prepare accurate quotes and process orders Partner closely with production and customer service teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Monitor project timelines and ensure client expectations are exceeded Client Consultation & Support Understand client goals and recommend customized promotional solutions Resolve questions or concerns with professionalism and care Stay informed on product offerings, capabilities, and industry trends Sales Operations & Reporting Track activity, communications, and opportunities within the CRM Maintain organized records and pipeline visibility Community & Team Engagement Participate in company-supported charity events and community initiatives throughout the year Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of sales experience in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products (required) Proven ability to build relationships and close business Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Must be able to commute comfortably to the South Shore location Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure Base Salary: $50-60K Competitive commission plan Performance bonuses and sales incentives Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Additional company benefits and incentives Work Environment Full-time, in-office and on the road Collaborative, supportive, and energetic team culture Strong leadership and operational support We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
