Balanced Practice: Maintain a balanced clinical workload with a 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology, supported by a manageable 1:6 weekend call schedule and a double coverage model. Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certification/Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Valid state medical license.
