Job Description
Port EngineerDirect Hire Opportunity Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off: lodging/ travel expenses covered, per diem, car and phone allowance
Summary:Manage and maintain company-owned/rented equipment for operations. Rotate with Vessel Manager, serving as lead during absences. Ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:

Track and maintain equipment inventory, spares, and documentation.
Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.
Manage budgets, requisitions, and work orders in Fiix CMMS.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Coordinate with project teams and enforce safety standards.

Requirements:

15+ years in equipment repair/maintenance management.
Strong technical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel, work extended remote assignments, and obtain TWIC card 
Meet physical/PPE requirements; able to lift, climb, and work in varied conditions.
