Job Description
Full service Real Estate Development, Construction, and Investment firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects from planning through closeout. This role is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, contracts, safety, and overall project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and closeout
Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure safety compliance and partner with field teams to resolve jobsite and scheduling issues
Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Monitor financials, cash flow, billing, and vendor/subcontractor performance
Qualifications:
10+ years of construction project management experience, multifamily preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, contracts, and OSHA/safety regulations
Proficient with construction management software (Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to read/interpret plans, specs, and schedules
