Job Description
Position: Project Manager, Land/Site Development “Seller Doer” 
Location: Tampa Bay area (Tampa/Clearwater, Fl)
Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives on both the business side as well as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for civil site/land development projects (mid to large scale residential, commercial/industrial site development projects.) In this position you will be a primary point of contact for all phases of projects, including business development, and making presentations to clients & municipalities. 
Responsibilities:
·        Project Management and design, including drainage design, plan preparation, grading, permits applications and report writing.  
·        Attend public meetings and hearings, present project status reports, and participate in planning and zoning board meetings as required.
·        Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet client objectives; administer bidding processes and make recommendations as appropriate.
·        Proposal preparation including project approach, scope of services, and fees. 
Requirements:
·        Must be a FL PE with at least 8 - 20+ years of residential, commercial/industrial site development experience.
·        Project Management experience working on civil site/land development projects with expertise in grading, drainage, utility layout, site development, and stormwater experience.
·        Must have a successful business development track record (customer facing settings)
·        Experience with local regulatory agencies 
·        Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus)
