Position: Survey Project Manager Location: Newark, DE and Maryland We have a hands-on regional Survey Project Manager role for an experienced Land Survey Project Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and leading surveying teams throughout in Delaware and Maryland. Overview of Responsibilities: · Project Management: You are a subject matter expert for land surveying, providing technical, design and project management services. You will be responsible for project management, lead and supervise survey teams on multiple projects within the region. · Business Development: You will be the primary point of contact for clients. Supporting new and existing business development; leading proposals; developing new business relationships and maintaining existing client relationships. · Mentoring and Training of Staff: · As the regional subject matter expert, you will provide leadership, technical expertise, design and project management on multiple projects within the region. · Lead and oversee professional development and mentoring of staff. · Engage in professional organizations, professional development of staff. Requirements: Current Delaware Professional Surveyor and Mapping license (Maryland PLS a plus). Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a licensed Land Surveyor Must have at least 10 to 20 years of experience in Land Surveying and Geomatics.
