Join us as a Manufacturing/Industrial Electrician, where your expertise will keep our production line humming and our systems at peak performance.________________________________________What Makes This Role Exciting• Challenge Yourself: Work with advanced electrical systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement innovative solutions.• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with a dynamic team while bringing your unique insights to the table.• Impact the Future: Maintain and enhance essential systems that drive our state-of-the-art manufacturing process.________________________________________Your Key Responsibilities• Install, repair, and troubleshoot low and high voltage (single/three-phase) industrial electrical and control systems.• Design and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations.• Analyze blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics, keeping documentation up to date.• Work with PLCs to troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment, including reloading and rebooting programs as necessary.• Calibrate, maintain, and repair plant instrumentation, including heat controllers, flow devices, and recording systems.• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with mechanical installations as needed.• Conduct daily cleaning, safety inspections, and adherence to all company safety programs.________________________________________What We’re Looking For• Experience: o Hands-on expertise with DC/AC motors, VF drives, and Allen Bradley systems preferred.o Background in PLCs, electronics, and computer-driven control systems.o Four years’ experience in industrial electrical roles or equivalent education/experience mix.• Skills & Abilities: o Proficiency in reading and modifying electrical schematics and prints.o Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.o Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability to shifting priorities.o Commitment to safety and attention to detail in all aspects of work.• Education: Two-year technical degree in electrical engineering, technology, or related field.________________________________________What We Offer• Compensation: Competitive pay aligned with your skills and experience.• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and more.• Work Environment: Hands-on role in a fast-paced, innovative industrial setting with opportunities for advancement.________________________________________Why You Should Join UsAs a Manufacturing/Industrial Electrician, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every system runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
