Job Title: AP/CP Pathologist Location: Texarkana, TX About the Opportunity A collaborative outpatient pathology practice in the Texarkana region is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anatomic and Clinical Pathologists (AP/CP) for locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers flexibility in assignment length while providing meaningful clinical impact in a collegial, professional environment. Pathologists with broad AP/CP experience or fellowship training are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide diagnostic services in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Support outpatient and community-based pathology practices Collaborate with pathologists, laboratory staff, and clinical teams Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and patient care Participate in coverage as needed based on assignment scope Qualifications MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP) Eligibility for medical licensure in Texas and/or Arkansas Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Availability for locum tenens assignments Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Flexible assignment options Opportunity to gain experience across multiple practice settings Supportive, professional work environment
