MUST have 5+ years of Industrial Refrigeration or HVAC Experience Currently seeking a Sr. Project Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration (Contracting and Contractor Sales, Project Engineering Experience) to join an entrepreneurial minded client in the Industrial Refrigeration/HVAC Industry in their in our Cincinnati, OH office. The Sr. Project Engineer is open do to growth and the service territory will be Southwestern Ohio. You will support our growth and operations through making initial contacts with customers (new and existing), discussing their needs at a high level, and providing quotes while building long term relationships. Sr. Project Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Business development Solution formation Sales Project planning Project management Sr. Project Engineer Qualifications: Must have Industrial Refrigeration knowledge Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration a PLUS 5+ years of experience in an industrial construction, engineering, or project management role Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field Technical knowledge of CO2 refrigeration / mechanical / HVAC systems is a plus Project management disciplines and techniques (project plan, Gantt, CPM) PMP is a plus Understanding of industry equipment components Knowledge of OSHA / EPA requirements Safety minded and knowledgeable about safe work practices Ability to estimate, quote, and sell new business for a profit Able and willing to ask the customer for the opportunity to do the work Sr. Project Engineer - Benefits: Salary Range based on experience Bonus Potential - Based on company profitability Health Insurance Company Vehicle - Insurance, gas, maintenance/repairs 401K with Company Match Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays Life/Disability Insurance Relocation Assistance
